Cranberry Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cranberries
    juice and rind of 1 lemon
    2 c. sugar
    3 (6 oz.) cans frozen pineapple juice
    2 (6 oz.) cans frozen orange juice
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen grapefruit juice
    2 (6 oz.) cans frozen lemonade
    3 qt. ginger ale, chilled
Preparation
    Cook cranberries and lemon rind in
    1 quart water until skins pop.
    Remove lemon rind.
    Strain through food mill or sieve.
    Add sugar and lemon juice.
    Cool.
    Add frozen juices and 3 gallons water.
    Add chilled ginger ale at serving time.
    Yields 100 servings.
    Top with orange slices.
