Lo-Fat Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 tsp.orange zest
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 1/2 lb. chicken breasts
    1 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
    cornstarch
    water
    orange slices
    1/2 c. seedless green grapes, halved
Preparation
    Mix the orange zest, juice, onion and bouillon together and coat chicken.
    Put in baking dish in single layer.
    Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Pour juice and add water to make 3/4 cup liquid.
    Mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch with 1 tablespoon cold water.
    Add to the liquid.
    Cook until thickened. Pour over chicken.
    Put orange slice and grapes on chicken . Broil until fruit is heated through.
