Chocolate Frosting(Cooked) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
    dash of salt
    1 large can evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cocoa, salt and milk in saucepan.
    Cook at medium heat until mixture forms soft ball when dropped in cold water.
    Remove from heat; add butter or margarine and flavoring. Stir and frost.
