Chicken Broccoli Angel Hair - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. olive oil
    1 tsp. fresh garlic, minced
    1 c. rotisserie chicken (boneless, skinless), julienned
    1 c. broccoli flowerets, blanched
    4 oz. chicken stock
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 Tbsp. fresh basil, stemmed, washed, rinsed and minced
    2 oz. whole butter
    1 Tbsp. pine nuts, toasted
    8 oz. angel hair, blanched
Preparation
    In 12-inch saute pan, combine olive oil and garlic and begin cooking so as to sweat the garlic (approximately 1 minute).
    Add chicken, broccoli, chicken stock, salt, pepper and basil and bring to a boil (approximately 3 to 4 minutes).
    Add butter and swirl into liquid mix to blend.
    Poach pasta and add to mix.
