Easy Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fruit
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. margarine, melted and cooled
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. warm water
    Pam vegetable spray
Preparation
    Spray Pam into a 9-inch size pan or dish.
    Combine flour, 1/4 cup sugar, cooled margarine, buttermilk and vanilla.
    Mix well. Spoon batter over fruit.
    Mix 1 cup sugar and warm water. Stir well to dissolve sugar.
    Pour water mixture over batter very slowly. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    You may sprinkle a little sugar over top before baking, if desired.
