Continental Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    2 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except rice and heat to boil.
    Put rice in a casserole and add the heated mixture. Bake, covered, in 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
