Microwave Southwestern-Style Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
1/3 c. taco sauce
1 c. finely crushed taco flavored tortilla chips
Preparation

Dip both sides of pork chops in taco sauce and then in crushed tortilla chips, coating well.
Place pork chops in 12 x 8 x 2-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish, with meaty sides to outside of dish. Cover with waxed paper.
