Ingredients

2 c. mochiko
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 can coconut milk
1 can evaporated milk (tall can)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Mix everything together;
pour\tinto a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
