Chocolate Chip Coffeecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Scald milk; stir in margarine and salt.
    Cool to lukewarm; sprinkle yeast into very warm water in large bowl of mixer; stir to dissolve.
    Add milk mixture, eggs and 2 1/2 cups flour.
    Beat at medium speed until smooth (15 seconds).
    With spoon, blend in 1 cup flour and morsels.
    Turn into well-greased 10-inch angel cake pan.
    Sprinkle with topping (recipe follows), cover and let rise in warm place, free from draft, until doubled in bulk (about 1 hour).
    Bake in hot oven (400\u00b0) for 35 minutes.
    Turn out of pan immediately.
    Let cool on wire rack.
