Company Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. rump roast
    2 large onions, sliced
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    The day before, place meat in a Dutch oven.
    Combine everything else and pour over roast.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for at least 4 hours or until very tender.
    Cool until room temperature.
    Put dish in refrigerator and leave overnight.
    The next day, slice meat, put back in sauce and reheat.
