Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
10 to 12 oz. Cool Whip
10 oz. frozen strawberries
16 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 bananas
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream the cream cheese and sugar together.
Add the Cool Whip. Fold in strawberries and juice.
Drain the pineapple; dice the bananas.
Chop the pecans and fold all of these into the mixture also.
Freeze in an 6 x 11-inch loaf pan lined with Saran Wrap. Slice just before serving.
