Orange Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    1 can apricot nectar
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
    1/2 c. chopped almonds
    3 oz. cream cheese, finely chopped
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water in bowl; stir in apricot nectar.
    Add pineapple and mandarin oranges; mix well.
    Stir in almonds and cream cheese; spoon into serving bowl.
    Chill in refrigerator, stirring once as mixture begins to set.
    Chill until set.
    (Cream cheese chops better when very cold.)
    Yields 12 servings.
