Blueberry-Buttermilk Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar (firmly packed)
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Cream together brown sugar and oil.
    Add egg.
    Add buttermilk alternately with dry ingredients.
    Stir in vanilla, blueberries and nuts.
    Turn into greased loaf pans, 3 1/4 x 7 x 2 1/4-inches or 3 pans, 2 1/2 x 5 x 2-inches.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
