Curried Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
    1 1/3 c. water
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes (undrained)
    1/3 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 c. uncooked, rinsed rice (use basmati rice if available; if not use long grained)
Preparation
    In a 3-quart saucepan (with lid), combine all ingredients except rice.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
