Iowa Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs.
Sift flour and dry ingredients together.
Mix in apples to creamed mixture.
Add nuts.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with Hot Caramel Sauce.
