Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/4 c. milk, warmed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes.
    Boil until done.
    Drain and pour into a mixing bowl.
    Mix with electric mixer.
    Pour in milk, margarine, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Add sour cream last.
    Cover until ready to serve.
