Grandmomma'S Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 hand dips cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. Crisco oil
    1 egg
    1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together and stir up well.
    If it mixes up a little dry, add water until it's about the consistency of pancake mix.
    Before pouring into a 10 x 17-inch baking dish, put a thin layer of Crisco oil on bottom of dish and then pour in batter.
    Bake about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
