Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 c. Italian dressing
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1 onion, sliced
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 finely chopped clove garlic
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms.
    Cut into thin slices and steam for 1 minute. Combine remaining ingredients in a glass jar.
    Add mushroom slices and marinate, at least overnight.
    Keep refrigerated.
