Surprise Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped yellow summer squash
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter or margarine
4 c. crumbled corn bread
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
3 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In a large skillet, saute the squash and onion in butter until tender.
Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients. Transfer to a greased 1-quart casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Yields 6 servings.
