Chocolate Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. milk
    2 egg yolks
    2 sq. chocolate
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salt and cornstarch in top of double boiler. Blend in milk
    and
    cut
    up chocolate.
    Cook over direct heat, stirring constantly,
    until\tmixture thickens and boils.
    Set over boiling water
    and\tcook
    5
    minutes.
    Remove.
    Beat egg yolks slightly and beat into them a little of the hot mixture. Blend with mixture in double boiler.
    Place again over boiling water.\tCook
    5 minutes
    more.
    Stir
    to keep mixture smooth. Cool.
    Pour into baked
    pie shell.
    Top with whipped cream or meringue.
