Holiday Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. chopped candied fruit
    2 lb. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    4 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Coat bottom of 8-inch spring-form pan with graham cracker crumbs.
    Mix cream cheese, cream, eggs, sugar and vanilla until well blended.
    Add candied fruit.
    Pour into spring-form pan and bake in pan (13 x 9-inch), filled halfway up with water at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Turn oven off after 2 hours, but let cheesecake sit in oven for 1 more hour.
    Cool, then refrigerate.
