Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. cornflakes, crushed
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small can tomato sauce
    bell pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Mix cornflake crumbs with milk and egg.
    Season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Mix ground beef into mixture. Shape into 2 loaves.
    Place loaves in pan.
    Cover loaves with tomato sauce.
    Place strips of bell pepper on top.
    Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
