Chicken Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 whole chicken
1 stove top dressing mix
1 pkg. tiny carrots, sliced
1 pkg. chopped broccoli

Preparation

Boil chicken tender and debone; cut up.
Mix eggs, mayonnaise, chicken broth and soup.
Set aside.
Layer (in large baking dish) stove top mix; next layer chicken.
Layer carrots lengthwise; next layer broccoli.
Pour eggs and mayonnaise mixture over casserole. Add grated cheese and bread crumbs on top.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
