Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 chicken
    salt
    1 egg
    1 1/2 water
    all purpose flour
Preparation
    Boil about 1/2 chicken, salted to taste.
    Have boiling hot with lots of broth.
    To make dumplings mix one egg and 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
    Make a hole in a bowl of all purpose flour and work into real stiff dough.
    Roll out extra thin and cut into pieces to drop one at a time in boiling broth.
