Cheese And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped broccoli (frozen)
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in chunks
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    12 Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions.
    Drain very well in colander.
    Grease an 8 x 8 x 2-inch casserole dish.
    Add broccoli (while still warm) to Velveeta cheese.
    Mix well until cheese melts slightly.
    Crush crackers and sprinkle over top. Pour on melted butter.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until edges bubble and top is golden.
