Chicken Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Stove Top stuffing mix (green box)
    1 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/3 c. chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 pkg. (4 to 6) chicken breasts
    slices of bacon
Preparation
    Combine stuffing mix and seasoning packet, boiling water, 1/2 cup orange juice, pecans and margarine.
    Stir and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Clean chicken breasts.
    (If desired, pound with meat mallet and cut each breast in 2, lengthwise.)
    Place 1/3 to 1/2 cup of stuffing on each breast.
    Wrap chicken around the stuffing. Wrap with bacon.
    Secure with a toothpick.
    Place in a greased pan. Pour remaining orange juice over breasts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
