Debbie'S Pork Tenderloins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. pork tenderloin
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 head garlic
    1 c. fresh chopped mushrooms
    1 thinly sliced Vidalia onion
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. Marsala wine
    1/2 c. cream (half and half)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown tenderloin in oil; insert garlic in tenderloin with small pricks.
    Rub remaining garlic on body of meat, then set aside.
    Saute the following:
    onion, mushrooms and garlic in butter.
    Add wine.
    Add cream until smooth.
    Add mixture to pork in casserole dish.
    Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake (30 to 40 minutes per pound) at 350\u00b0.
    Slice thinly to serve.
