Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes, peeled and halved
    8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    1/4 c. chopped chives
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp. salt
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes approximately 30 minutes in boiling water. Drain and add remaining ingredients, except paprika.
    Beat until combined.
    Spoon mixture into lightly buttered, 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
