Sopa De Ajo(Garlic Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1 tsp. paprika
    5 c. boiling water or stock
    2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a soup pot.
    Add chopped garlic and bread crumbs.
    Fry until lightly golden; stir in paprika.
    Immediately add boiling water and salt.
    Cover and simmer slowly for 20 minutes.
    The bread should almost dissolve.
    Place soup in 4 individual bowls and add one egg per bowl.
    Poach the eggs in the soup by placing bowls in hot oven for a few minutes.
    Garnish with parsley.
