Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. yellow corn meal
1/2 c. white corn meal
1 c. all-purpose flour minus 3 Tbsp.
3 Tbsp. bran
1 Tbsp. wheat germ
4 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. buttermilk with 1/4 tsp. soda dissolved in it
Preparation

Heat 9-inch iron skillet on top of stove with a tad of the oil to grease.
When hot, pour in batter and put in hot oven.
Bake for 20 minutes at 425\u00b0.
