Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. deboned chicken, cooked and cubed
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    4 oz. can green chilies
    2 Tbsp. minced onion, dried
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 oz. jar pimentos
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 small can sliced black olives
Preparation
    Mix all together
    and
    simmer
    10
    minutes until cheese melts. Line 9 x 13-inch pan with medium bag of Doritos chips, crushed. Pour chicken mixture over chips.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until it bubbles.
