Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
4 egg yolks
1/3 c. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. flour
4 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated rind
1 c. milk
Preparation

Cream butter, add sugar gradually, cream until light and fluffy, add yolks, beat well.
Add flour, juice, rind and salt. Stir in milk, fold in stiffly beaten whites.
Pour into 5 x 9-inch baking dish.
Set in hot water; bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes then 350\u00b0 until brown.
