Hawaiian Low-Fat Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1/2 (3 oz.) can coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Combine sweet potatoes, 1 cup sugar, egg, milk, coconut and vanilla in a bowl; mix well.
    Spoon into a baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
