Low-Fat Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (14 oz.) can leaf spinach, drained and chopped
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    salt and pepper
    12 manicotti shells
    15 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Brown beef and boil shells.
    Add onion and garlic to beef mixture.
    Saute 3 to 4 minutes.
    Drain fat.
    To beef mixture, add spinach, cottage cheese, eggs, salt and pepper.
    Stir until mixed.
    Fill shells and put on sauce and cheese.
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
