Spaghetti With Zucchini Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 medium zucchini, sliced (about 6 c.)
    3 c. diced fresh tomatoes (or canned)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    8 oz. spaghetti noodles
Preparation
    Saute in a large skillet oil and onion.
    Add zucchini and rest of ingredients (except noodles).
    Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Uncover and simmer for 10 more minutes.
    Discard bay leaf.
    Cook spaghetti noodles according to package.
    Serve noodles with sauce and grated Parmesan cheese.
    Serves 4 to 6.
