Lemon Cream Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    juice of 2 lemons
    grated rind of 2 lemons
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (1 pt.) carton half and half
    7-Up or Sprite (very cold)
Preparation
    Mix juice, rind, sugar and cream together.
    Put 4 tablespoons mixture into julep cup.
    Fill with beverage and stir well. Garnish with mint.
    Serves 8.
