Quick Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O or other
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (soft)
1 c. sugar
1 tall can evaporated milk, chilled
2 graham cracker crusts
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O using only 1 cup water. Chill until partially set. Blend cream cheese and sugar. Whip milk until stiff. Add cheese mixture. Beat again. Pour into crust. Chill until firm. Makes 12 servings.
