Sesame Swiss Chard Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. sesame oil
    3 or 4 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
    1 small onion, thinly sliced or 1/2 c. sliced leeks (white part only)
    1 Tbsp. broth or water
    4 or 5 c. coarsely chopped Swiss chard
    freshly ground black pepper to taste
    salt (if desired)
Preparation
    Heat oils in large skillet and saute onion or leeks 2 or 3 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Cover.
    Simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, until chard is wilted and tender, about 4 to 5 minutes.
    May sprinkle with toasted sesame seed before serving, if desired.
