Kung Pao Chicken(Hot And Spicy Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1 1/2 lb. chicken breasts
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 1 1/2-inch strips.
    Combine ingredients with 1 tablespoon oil and add chicken.
    Let sit for 15 minutes.
