Ingredients

1 1/2 doz. zucchini flowers
1 egg
1 yeast cake
1 small zucchini
2 c. flour
pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation

Make bread dough by mixing flour and yeast together, adding a little water at a time.
Let dough rise for about 1 hour.
Wash zucchini flowers and cut into small pieces.
Add to dough mixture. Grate zucchini and add to mixture.
Add egg, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Let dough rise another hour, then cut into small pieces. Shape like a patty.
Deep fry in skillet until golden brown.
