Not-Too-Sweet Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Gradually add milk to flour, stirring to blend.
    Cook to thicken, stirring constantly.
    Let cool.
    Beat together shortening, margarine and sugar.
    Add flour mixture and beat well. Add vanilla.
    Keeps well in refrigerator.
