Banana Split Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese (softened)
1/2 c. sugar
1 can (20oz.) curshed pineapple (drained)
1 pkg. (10oz.) frozen sliced strawberries in syrup (thawed)
2 medium banans (chopped)
1 carton (12oz.) frozen whipped topping (thawed)
1 c. chopped walnuts
Red food coloring (optional)
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar. Stir in pineapple, strawberries, and bananas.
Fold in the whipped topping, walnuts and rood coloring if using.
Pour into an oiled 13x9.2-inch dish.
Cover and freeze until firm, at least 3 hours. Remove from freezer 30 minutes before serving.
