Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken or 4 chicken breasts
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 small onion, diced
    1 stick butter
    1 pkg. crumbled Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook chicken and remove from bone.
    Cut into bite size.
    Mix with soups, sour cream and onion.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Melt butter and stir in crumbled Ritz crackers.
    Pour over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
