Creole Lamb Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lamb chops, trimmed
    salt and pepper
    flour
Preparation
    Dredge chops.
    Brown lightly in 2 tablespoons drippings. Arrange in baking dish.
    Sprinkle over chops 1/2 diced onion. Combine in skillet and heat to boiling point 1/2 cup tomato soup and 1/2 cup water.
    Pour over chops.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
