Knee-Hi Cake(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    12 whole graham crackers
    1/2 small box sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
    1 c. whipped topping
Preparation
    Mix applesauce and dry Jell-O together.
    Lay 2 graham crackers side by side to form a square.
    Spread applesauce on crackers. Continue alternating layers, ending with crackers.
    Spread topping over entire cake.
    Refrigerate 4 hours.
