T'S Pork Scramble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices salt pork
    6 eggs
    1 can whole corn
    1 c. milk
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Dice pork; fry until brown.
    Pour off all but 3 tablespoons of fat.
    Slightly beat the 6 eggs.
    Add mixture of eggs, corn, milk and pepper to pork fryings.
    Add salt, if needed.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
    Makes 6 servings.
