Very Veggie Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. cauliflower and/or broccoli florets
1 red pepper, chopped in 1/2 inch squares
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. southwest seasoning
Preparation

Bring 2 qt. water to boil in saucepot.
Add veggies and cook 2 minutes, drain and rinse in cold water.
In bowl, combine veggies, red pepper cut in 1/2 inch squares, onion, vinegar and seasoning. Toss and serve.
