Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. self-rising flour
3 c. milk
3 egg yolks, beaten
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 pie shell
Cool Whip
Preparation

In saucepan, stir sugar, cornstarch and flour.
Add milk. Cook and stir over medium-high heat until thick and bubbly. Reduce heat; cook and stir 2 minutes longer.
Remove from heat. Stir half of mixture into beaten egg yolks.
Return all to saucepan.
Bring to gentle boil, stirring constantly.
Add peanut butter and stir until smooth.
Pour in baked pie shell and let cool.
Store in refrigerator.
Top with Cool Whip.
