Quick Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large or 2 small potatoes
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. dried onion
    1 (14-16 oz.) can creamed corn, undrained
    1 (14-16 oz.) whole kernel corn, undrained
    1 (14 oz.) evaporated milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Dice potatoes.
    Cook until just tender in the 2 cups of water.
    Do not drain.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Heat through over medium heat, stirring often.
