Hamburger Noodle Dish(Casserole Dish) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
dash of garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
16 to 20 oz. tomato sauce
6 to 10 small green onions, sliced thinly
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 to 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
noodles
Preparation

Brown hamburger (broken into small pieces, crumbled).
Add dash of garlic salt or fresh garlic (squeezed).
When brown, pour tomato sauce over meat.
Cover and let simmer 20 minutes, checking and stirring now and then (cover is optional).
In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, salt, pepper and sugar.
